How to Delete Your Account

We’re sorry to see you go! If you’ve decided to delete your account on the ZapMeals, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the ZapMeals Partner/Delivery App: Launch the app on your device.

  2. Go to Settings: Tap the menu icon (typically three lines or dots or user icon) in the bottom right corner of the app.

  3. Navigate to Account Settings: In the Settings menu, For Partner App scroll down and select Profile Settings. For Delivery Partner App scroll down and select Delete Account Option.

  4. Choose the 'Delete Account' Option: For Partner App Under Profile Settings, you'll find the option to Delete Account. Tap on it.

  5. Confirm Deletion: A confirmation screen will appear asking if you’re sure you want to delete your account. Confirm by tapping Yes, Delete Account.

  6. Final Step: Once your request is processed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

Important Notes:

  • Deleting your account will remove all your data, including your order history, partner profile, and settings.
  • If you have any outstanding issues, such as pending payments or orders, we recommend resolving them before deletion.
